Goal:
Discuss and identify the central elements of the theory of argumentation in the dialogic tensions between Law, Politics and Morals, discussing, among others, the theorists Michael Rosenfeld, Ronald Dworkin, Robert Alexy, Frederich Muller, Jürgen Habermas and Klaus Günther in critical approaches, considered while postmodern theorists. Examine in the respective theories of these authors the prevailing ideas between equality and freedom translated into the interpretation of Law and its proper application.
